A 90-minute tour where you go through the different stages of the coffee process. You’ll learn about various coffee varieties and connect with Puerto Rico’s flora!
Each path is designed for comfortable walking through different areas of the farm. The crops are labeled, as well as the flora, so that you can connect and have a complete learning experience.
The Coffee Camp is an experience designed to promote a holistic learning experience; from the coffee bean to a warm cup of coffee. In October, we host the camp to offer educational workshops that enhance our students' understanding. Participants can enjoy the experience of staying at Hacienda Moraica and go through various coffee processes. We have both nighttime and morning harvests, after which we wash, dry, and roast the collected beans.
